Protest at expanding the Jail in Chinatown

As Mayoral candidate Adam, did announced he will not support increase inmate and size of the “Tombs”, but as Mayor Adam, did nothing and Tombs is going forward to increase the building height.  At thirty stories, this will be the tallest jail in world.
